1. This is a guide for our live streaming viewers. These instructions or steps will guide you to the general troubleshooting if something happens wrong before or during the live stream. If your problem is beyond the scope of this guide, feel free to chat or contact us through the live chat box on the bottom right of this page. You need to register first to chat with our support team.

General Troubleshooting

1. Click the bottom right of the screen to enlarge it.
2. If live streaming won’t work, refresh your page by pressing F5.
3. Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.
4. Rebooting your computer and try connecting again.
5. Try watching directly on the Origin Church Facebook page: facebook.com/originchurch.
